Can a male remove the hair of his hands and legs. And also what about the hair of the chest?obviously he will remove them in such a manner that will not cause him harm.

It is permissible for males to remove the hair of those body parts mentioned in the question. However, it is against Islamic etiquette to remove the hair of the chest{[1]}. Thus it is better to abstain from the same.
