Anas Allah be pleased with him narrates that the prophet Allah send peace and blessings upon him used to say:

 
Oh Allah, I seek refuge in you from vitiligo, madness, leprosy and all major illnesses

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- كَانَ يَقُولُ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ
