In life, relationships change. People come and go, circumstances shift, and even the strongest bonds can fade. But there is one relationship that never wavers, one bond that remains constant and unbreakable—the bond between you and Allah.

Allah’s love is unlike any other. It doesn’t depend on conditions, nor does it fluctuate with time. He loves those who turn to Him, and His love is pure, deep, and unwavering.

یُحِبهُمْ وَیُحِبُّونَهُ
A people He will love and who will love Him. (Qur’an 5:54)

No matter how far you feel, Allah is always near. The moment you take even the smallest step toward Him, He responds with love beyond measure. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ described this closeness in a ḥadīth:

Narrated Anas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “My Lord says, ‘If My slave comes nearer to Me for a span, I go nearer to him for a cubit; and if he comes nearer to Me for a cubit, I go nearer to him for the span of outstretched arms; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.’ ” (Bukhārī)

Imagine that—Allah, the Most Merciful, running toward you! No matter how many mistakes you’ve made, how many times you’ve stumbled, His door is always open. His mercy knows no limits. Every whispered prayer, every tear shed in the quiet of the night—He hears them all.

When you call upon Him, He never turns away. He may not always give you what you want, but He will always give you what you need. His wisdom is far greater than ours, and His plan is always for the best.

So cherish this bond. Strengthen it with heartfelt and sincere prayers, and with remembrance. Seek His love above all else, for He is the One who will never leave you, the One who loves you beyond what words can express.

اللهم إني أسألك حبك
O Allah, I ask You for Your love.
