Ah! This voice now….!

Respected teacher, Hadhrat Molana Mufti Mahmood Ashraf Usmani Saheb (may Allah have mercy on him)’s thought-provoking speech in his gentle and sweet tone…

“This is the world. A person does not come here by choice. Likewise, he cannot leave by choice. Now when will we leave? From amongst us, who will leave at what time from this world? No one knows anything. When will be the time to leave? What will be the date? What day will it be? Where will my soul come out? And where will my dead body be buried? Man does not know anything. Man does not know “which land he will die in (Qur’ān, 31:34)” … In which place, on which day, on which date his death will come? Man does not personally choose to come himself, nor does he personally choose to leave himself… Allah the Blessed and the Almighty, creates him in a fixed place… Then calls him back on a fixed date…”

“No one has stayed in this world forever, nor will they stay. However, the difficulty is that we become so engrossed in this world that we do not know about our coming, nor our going.”

We do not ever think about how we were created, where were we created and who created us?

Nor is it in our mind that we must go from this world, and there will be a time where this land will still be populated, but we will not be here……”

“This is the true reality that the Qur’ān teaches us and the Sharī’ah educates us that you have not come by yourself. Rather, Allah the Glorious and the Almighty has sent you. And you will not go back by yourself. Rather, Allah the Almighty will call you back at His time, just like He called the noble Prophet ﷺ back…”
