Seeking Refuge From The Trials Of Life And Death by MyIslaam
Anas bin Malik, Allah be pleased with him narrates that the Messenger of Allah, Allah send peace and blessings upon him would say:

Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from weakness, laziness, cowardice, miserliness and becoming senile, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death.

عن أَنَس بْن مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:

اللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
