Question:

If a person gets black magic done on him due to which jinn control him and make him do sins. Will Allah hold such a person accountable?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,

Allah, the Almighty is Omniscient of the conditions of the hearts.[1] Therefore, if one faces such a condition and is really controlled by jinn (or a jinni) in carrying out sins, he/she will not be held accountable for those sins.

And Allah, the Almighty knows best
