Aisha Allah be pleased with her narrates that she asked the Messenger of Allah, ‘Oh Messenger of Allah! Tell me, if I was to know which night is Laylatul Qadr (the night of power), what supplication should I make that night? He replied that you should say:

Oh Allah! You are most definitely very forgiving, generous and love pardoning so forgive me.

عن عائشة قالت : قلت يا رسول الله أرأيت إن علمت أي ليلة ليلة القدر ما أقول فيها ؟ قال قولي:

اللهم إنك عفو كريم تحب العفو فاعف عني

قال هذا حديث حسن صحيح
